Size grading
Att! “Av. weight 1 – 2” means that the average weight of the fish in the lot is within the range 1 to 2 kg. It does not guarantee that each individual fish is within this range. For example, in a particular lot the weight of each individual fish could range from 0,7 to 2,6 kg although the average weight could be 1,4. In this case the lot would be graded “AW 1-2”
